Deep State in Deep Shit
Every painting in Chronicle of an Unquiet Age documents the defining events, people, and issues that shaped its moment in history. Created in real time as events unfolded, each work serves as both an original oil painting and a historical record, reflecting the belief that the news of today is the history of tomorrow.

Well...Well... Well! After the Raid on Mar-A-Lago there is a huge backlash on FBI and DOJ!
The Weaponization is real and the American people can see it. Marjorie Taylor Green files Articles of Impeachment against Merrick Garland as he personally approved the Raid. Some FBI agents who raided Mar-A Lago are under investigation by Durham for abusing their power in the Trump-Russia probe. Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre claims the White House and Biden knew nothing before the raid. She actually said "We do not interfere, we do not get briefed, we do not get involved." Now it seems the American people are seeing the spider's web of lies and "No one is above the law" including Garland, Wray and the Biden and Pelosi crime families! Attorney General Merrick Garland defended the Justice Department’s actions, while FBI Director Christopher Wray faced criticism from Trump supporters who claimed federal agencies were being politicized. President Joe Biden was also under pressure over inflation, border security, crime, and falling public confidence ahead of the midterm elections.
Deep State in Deep Shit reflects a month when federal institutions themselves became a central target of public anger. The composition layers Biden, Garland, Wray, Green, Trump and Jordan into a charged record of the period. Jim Jordan calls the FBI an "American Gestapo." Trump says "I have Truth on my side." References to classified documents, partisan investigations, and distrust of intelligence and law-enforcement agencies suggest a country questioning the motives and competence of powerful institutions. Democrats argued that legal processes must proceed without interference, while Republicans warned again of weaponized government. The title captures a belief that unelected power centers were being exposed and challenged during a volatile political season. Deep State in Deep Shit stands as a record of when institutional credibility and political legitimacy were major battlegrounds in American life.
