Allegations of hidden influence, selective justice, and behind-the-scenes power became central themes in a year marked by suspicion and division.
Political figures, headlines, agency references, and symbolic imagery move across the composition beneath the American flag, suggesting a public struggling to understand who controlled events and whose version of events could be trusted. Competing narratives collide in a landscape of accusation and doubt.
