Happy Birthday America! Created during the celebration of America's 250th anniversary, America 250 commemorates the nation's semiquincentennial. Rather than portraying a single historical event, the painting captures the spirit of the anniversary as the country paused to celebrate its founding while continuing to confront the issues of the present. Painted in real time during the first two weeks of July 2026, as with every work in Chronicle of an Unquiet Age, the painting serves as a visual time capsule documenting history as it unfolded. On July 3rd President Trump travels to Mt. Rushmore for the begining of the July 4th celebrations. Trump jokingly says he thinks having his face on the iconic mountain "Is a good Idea" the internet complies with memes of Trump. As WWII veterans are honored and despite weather delays Trump says "If they can storm the beaches of Normandy, on D-Day, I can deliver a speech. The official July 4th Celebration boast another milestone as America breaks the world record for the largest fireworks display in history with more than 850,00 shells exploding in the night sky. On July 15th Secretary of Treasury Scott beesent announces the U.S. Mint will begin producing a $1 Dolloar coing featuring President Trump to commemorate America's 250th Aniversary. Bessent says "Trump's $1 Dollar coin will honor the enduring legacy of liberty with a lasting symbol of patriotism." The Democrat Socialist of America are on he move after Communist Socialist backed Mamdani candidates in New York win in the primaries. Are we really fighting Communist Socialists on America's 250th Birthday? DSA unveils their palns for America to include eliminating the Senate, Executive and Judiciary chosen and subordinate to the Congress, Amnesty for all immigrants, and Defund the Dept. of War.
