The Real Time Artist project documents contemporary history as it unfolds. Each painting serves as both a visual record and an interpretation of political, cultural, and global events, preserving the urgency and complexity of the present moment.

Rooted in the tradition of historical record-keeping—from early chroniclers such as King Alfred to modern forms of documentation—this work captures events in real time, created without the benefit of hindsight. It is an ongoing chronicle of a world in motion.

Through periods of conflict, political transformation, and national milestones—including war, elections, and the 250th anniversary of the United States—the archive reflects the forces shaping history as they occur. What is seen today becomes what is remembered tomorrow.
